The Rebel RX-E Electric buggy is designed to be a high performance off-road racer for the future. It can also be toned down for the off road karting corporate entertainment market.

In contrast to other electric vehicles the RX-E weigh’s in at a mere 430kg with battery. Power output matches high performance motorbike petrol engines, with max torque output of the motor at 140Nm and a maximum speed of 8000 rpm.  The compact design keeps the overall length to 2.3m with a width of 1.63m. These attributes put 0-60 mph performance at sub 4 seconds,  with a top speed of around 100 mph.

Charging is done with a 6.6Kw charger. This can be mounted in the buggy for the optional road legal version or outside if racing. The 9KW battery will give max performance for approx 30 minutes or can give 2 hour run time in Eco mode. The battery takes 2 hours to charge from empty to full.

Rollover protection is given by the frame, this is designed to single seat racing requirements.
